Absolutely! Bali is among few of the places on earth that offers surfing 365 days of the year, with different coasts lighting up depending on the season. The dry season (April to October) is ideal for the west coast swell peaking in (July – August), while the wet season (November to March) brings great conditions to the south & east. Regardless of swell size, we have an abundance of surf spots suitable for all levels, all year round!

Yes of course! Surfing is included on your check-out day, however it is not included on your check-in day.

For example, if you stay 5 nights (from April 10th to 15th), your schedule would include 10 sessions, as follows:

April 11th: 2 sessions

April 12th: 2 sessions

April 13th: 2 sessions

April 14th: 2 sessions

April 15th: 2 sessions

Exceptions: If you have an early flight on your check-out day, we’ll do our best to arrange lessons on your check-in day instead. However, please note that lessons on check-in day are subject to availability and typically start early in the morning. To request this adjustment, kindly inform reception or management at least 48 hours in advance so we can check our schedule.

The schedule depends on the tides, winds, overall conditions, and your surf level.
We always create a schedule that’s best suited for our guests.

In general:

– The first session of the day typically departs from the Surf Camp between 6:00 am and 8:00 am.

– The second session usually departs between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.

However, times can vary depending on the conditions. On some days, we may schedule what we call „double sessions.“ This means we’ll stay at the surf spot between sessions and take a break there, rather than returning to the Surf Camp.

A double session means we don’t return to the Surf Camp between surf sessions. Instead, we take a break at the surf spot between sessions.

We usually plan double sessions to avoid long car journeys or when the tides and overall surf conditions aren’t ideal, we only surf during the best times of the day.

While Uluwatu is famous for advanced surfers, our Surf Camp is located in the heart of Uluwatu (Padang Padang), where we have waves that are perfect for beginners right on our doorstep.
On days when the waves are too big for beginners, we take our beginner groups to more suitable spots further down the coast. The drive to these locations is much shorter compared to other popular surf destinations, such as Canggu. Additionally, if we need to go to the east coast, the travel time from our camp is much quicker than from many other areas in Bali.
Overall, our location is one of the most consistent surf spots in the world, offering options that cater to surfers of all levels.

We’re located on a tropical island, mostly hot and sunny. A sunny forecast can turn rainy, or a rainy forecast can surprise you with sunshine.
We surf regardless of the rain—it doesn’t affect your session, and you’ll be getting wet anyway! In fact, surfing in the rain can feel magical. However, we will postpone or stop lessons if thunderstorms are present for safety reasons.
The rainy season isn’t all bad—it brings much-needed water, makes the island lush and green, and can even calm the waves after storms, creating beautiful surf conditions.

Check-in is at 2:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm.

If you arrive earlier or want to depart later than check in/out time, you are welcome to use our camp facilities and bathrooms.

Our minimum stay is 3 nights. A longer stay gives you a better chance of scoring great waves and allows you to take full advantage of our inclusions—like surf theory sessions, BBQ nights, and yoga classes.

We offer a range of room options to suit different budgets and preferences.

For a more budget-friendly stay, you can choose our 4-bed dorm in the Surf Lodge or our Twin Shared Room in the Main Camp.

If you’re traveling with a partner or friend or you prefer more privacy for yourself, we have Premium Private Double Rooms and Surf Studios (Mezzanine Bungalows).

For those looking for extra space and comfort, we also offer 1- and 2-bedroom Private Villas.
